What is a Ballet Barre and Booty Class?
Traditionally, ballet barre is a fusion class that combines elements of ballet, yoga, pilates, and strength training. We kick it up a notch in our classes by also focusing on exercises to build up that booty.
Our ballet barre and booty class is perfect for those at the beginning of their dance and fitness journey. It's an excellent way to get introduced to dance techniques and build up your fitness stamina, all while being surrounded by other powerhouse women doing the same thing!
What do I need to Wear to my Ballet Barre and Booty Class?
Come dressed and ready to leave all your stresses of the day at the barre!
We recommend wearing comfortable workout wear, which includes yoga pants, leggings, biker shorts, tank tops, sports bras--really whatever you are most comfortable working out in.
Ballet shoes, tennis shoes, or dancing barefoot are ok with us for this dance class. Whatever is most comfortable and safe for you is always what we recommend.
